Opening hours: We are a small studio open to the public however as it is attached to our home (so we can pass on the savings to you) we ask that appointments are made as we would hate to miss you.
Friday to Sunday is the best time to catch us sewing up a storm. However if you would prefer Monday – Thursday with enough notice we can organise something.

Thank you for visiting our lovely site, whilst Ava & Neve are an online store we do have a studio located in D’Aguilar , Queensland. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars AUD, our ABN is 40 635 501 462.
When placing an order your email address will be automatically added to our mailing list. You can opt out at any time just shoot us an email at email@example.com and you will be off the list immediately.
All refunds are at the discretion of Ava & Neve and if such refunded is granted this will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please allow up to 10 working days for refunds to be completed.
Terms of Sale
All items remain the property of Ava & Neve until full payment is received. All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
While every reasonable effort is made to represent products as accurately as possible online, photography, digital representation and various technical factors may cause the online representations to appear slightly different to the actual product, especially in regards to colour.
Please carefully observe any recommendations for care and use given by the products’ manufacturers along with all such notes given in the product descriptions. Where products are used in sewing or craft projects, we recommend appropriate testing (for example wash-testing) to determine their suitability, especially if they are to be combined with other materials. Every effort is made to ensure that all items listed online are available for sale. On rare occasions, a product may become unavailable before we are able to adjust the online listing. If this occurs, we’ll contact you promptly to offer an alternative or refund. Where an item is listed as currently unavailable, we cannot guarantee its future availability or delivery time.
Shipping and Delivery
Upon receipt of your payment, your order will be posted within 3 working days, we do however aim for same day packing and mailing. If the item is urgent please advise. To avoid loss of items or unnecessary delays, please ensure the delivery address you’ve given us is correct. Once parcels have been shipped, they cannot be re-directed. Undeliverable parcels will be returned to us. Re-shipping a parcel incurs a $15.00 AUD fee for postage and handling.
Shipping Within Australia
Free Shipping within Australia for orders over $250.00, however Express Post incurs a charge of $10.00 AUD. If you would like to collect your item in person please contact us to organise a collection time. Orders below $250.00 will be shipped at the cheapest and quickest method via a courier company called Sendle or via Australia Post.
We usually ship with Australia Post however at our discretion will utilise Sendle Courier Company especially with large parcels. If you are only able to receive Australia Post delivery please advise us at the checkout.
Note: not all areas in Australia are covered by Express Post, please visit the Australia Post website to check whether your postcode is covered.
Australia Post does not guarantee delivery times for regular post, they do however provide the following guide to expected delivery times – approximately 5 -10 days.
For important deliveries such as birthdays please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive or consider the express post option.
International shipping is $15.00 AUD, delivery time will vary depending on destination and local postal service, as a general guide orders should arrive in 15-21 days. Peak period delivery times can vary considerably with International shipping especially in the lead up to Christmas.
Any local customs charges or import duties applicable to your country will need to be met by you. We are bound by Australian Law to disclose the value & contents of parcels being transported by postal services. In our experience it is very rare that our goods are stopped by customs; however if this does happen, you will need to contact your local customs office for details.
